It was great, right from the reception desk with Betzy and Maria. Always with a smile and so courteous. Dr. Inna Ozerov also gave a warm and sincere welcome. Also listened to my concerns and comments. She gave a detailed description of what my cataract surgery would be and the recovery time. The Surgical Coordinator, Igor, was very helpful in giving me the different types of lenses to choose from and their cost of each one. He is a very good listener and I felt very comfortable with him. He told me I could always reach him with questions or concerns. That has been true. Dr. Inna and Igor were very kind and welcoming to my husband who I brought with me. Before going to the appointment I had two friends that gave great feedback on how great of an experience they had with Dr. Inna . Dr Ozerov is a straight shooting highly skilled Ophthalmologist with an incredibly pleasant clinical persona. I was fortunate enough to have found her through my insurer’s system and was referred by my PCP after discovering that she had a stellar record ( not too many things more important than your sight)! Equally important, in many ways, is the fact that her entire staff is patient experience “forward” and all her tech’s are equally competent which is critical when mapping the eye for cataract removal and proper lens placement! Both my eyes have undergone cataract removal and lenses implanted at the hands of Dr.Ozerov and it could not have gone any more efficaciously!
